Dawn's Wedding

Well Dawn and Kev tied the knot on saturday.It was alot of fun and Dawn looked absoutely beauitful in her dress,I'm sure Kev her hubby will agree with me on that.Got up bright and early and me and Dawn got our hair done.Around 1:30ish I believe,we met up with a friend of her's to do pictures.It was on and off with the rain and we were outside the entire time but we made the best of it and didn't let it bother us.Around 5pm the ceremony started.I was really nervous when me and Jeff{Kevin's brother and best man}walked down the aisle.I can only imagine how Dawn felt when she walked down the aisle with our parents.Or maybe she wasn't nervous but I started to tear up when I saw her walk down the aisle.Tears of joy!I did fight the tears back and managed to control myself however.I was just so happy for her and and to see her finally marry her high school sweetheart.We had a delicious dinner and then had some dancing.At 12am we cleaned up and headed over to the Milwaukee Ale House for the after-party.Here are some pics I took at the wedding.

Tosa Fest

Worked yesterday and afterwards met up with dawn and kev.We went to Aunt Julie's for dinner and hit Tosa fest around 8pm.It's just pretty much food and music and is located in Wauwatosa{happens once a year}.Aunt Julie doesn't live that far away from it so we walked up{couple blocks}.In other news I have named my new kitten Susie.Dawn mentioned it for a name and I decided to stick with that one and cus I couldn't think of one myself.Susie and Taz my other cat seemed to be confused of whose dry food is whose.they both eat IAMS but susie gets IAMS kitten and taz gets IAMS adult.Since they're the same food pretty much except for size they're eating eachother's dry foods.I'm not sure how to get susie to eat her own food since she always goes up to taz's dish.Maybe dawn will have an idea when I talk with her next.I took a couple pics of susie with my digital cam which was not easy to get her attention.I have the pics on my computer but not sure how to get them on my blog and other places like Flickr and Yahoo pics.Hope to to figure it out soon so I can post a pic up of her.She is so tiny and cute!

My new kitten

On monday I brought a little 2 month female kitten home with me.No I did not buy her at a store ,I got her from my friend's friend.The friend's cat gave birth to a litter of 4 kittens on the fourth of July.I was hanging out with them on monday and my friend's friend mentioned the litter.Of course I wanted one. She has a little eye infection going on.I did just get her into the vet today to get some tests done and got some eye ointment for her eyes.They're getting better.So far all her tests went well.I have to take her back in a month for a couple more.When she is 6 months old I can get her spayed and declawed.I did take some pics of her but only on my cell.I just got my digital camera back yesterday so I will be taking pics of her and be taking more in a couple weeks when Dawn gets married.And around that time then I will be able to post pics on my blog without stealing any of Dawn's!Yay!Can't wait for the wedding,it will be lots of fun.Oh by the way the kitten's name will be TBA.
